I am a strategic leader with experience developing and managing major programs, projects, and initiatives, and putting structures in place to coordinate those initiatives through project/program management offices (PMOs). I bring a partnership-oriented approach to everything I do, and am known for being a calming influence during stressful times. I enjoy helping companies link their strategic priorities to their process/project work, and creating an environment where those projects can be successful for all stakeholders.

Through my leadership roles in financial services HR/IT project offices, business process outsourcing implementation offices, and benefits enrollment/administration implementation and operations teams, I have gained significant experience in defining, planning, and executing major initiatives for both internal and external clients.
